J.S. Bach: Cello Suites Nos. 1-6, BWV 1007-1012 (Arr. for Viola)

I absolutely love, even adore, Bach's Cello Suites. I have a whole collection of different performances. I even attempted to play the 2nd Suite on double bass in my pup years.

Without sugarcoating it, it didn't go too well. The talent just wasn't there. But I do know those suites quite well, and so when this record landed on my desk, Cello Suites in transcription for Viola, I couldn't have been happier. 

Unfortunately, the music kind of curbed that joy.
